On the night of Wednesday, June 30, the Liga BBVA MX announced the schedule for the new Apertura 2021 tournament. During the halftime of the match of the Mexican National Team against the Panama National Team, the Mexican league shared the news and the dates on which the tournament will start.

* America vs. Chivas: Saturday, September 25, 9:00 p.m., corresponding to Matchday 10.

* Chivas vs. Atlas: Saturday, October 2, 7:00 p.m., Matchday 12.

* America vs. Pumas: Saturday, October 2, 9:00 p.m., Matchday 12.

* Cruz Azul vs América : Sunday, October 31 5:00 p.m., Matchday 16.

* Pumas vs. Cruz Azul: Sunday, November 7, Matchday 17.

Another novelty that should be taken into account in the restart of Mexican soccer is that the date when the Champion of Champions will be played was included, for this occasion, the teams that will compete for the trophy will be the León and Cruz Azul club on July 18 at 6:30 p.m. downtown with headquarters in Los Angeles.
