It looks like Stormy Daniels is holding on to a lot of resentment towards Michael Avenatti, as she recently revealed in a speech she delivered to women at a private event in a social club.

According to Daniels, she found it “adorable” that Avenatti claimed that he had fired her.

The attorney had fired first by sharing on social media: "On February 19, we informed Stormy Daniels in writing that we were terminating our legal representation of her for various reasons that we cannot disclose publicly due to the attorney-client privilege. This was not a decision we made lightly, and it came only after lengthy discussion, thought and deliberation, as well as constitution with other professionals. We wish Stormy all the best."

She added that Avenatti certainly knew that she was not happy in her current position and was looking for alternative opportunities.

She then went on to say that the whole story resembled a classic scene out of a movie, where a character claims that they quit before their boss has a chance to fire them.

The adult entertainer revealed, "He knew that I was unhappy and looking for new counsel."

Daniels also implied that she might have a lawsuit in the works, as she referenced her new lawyer, Clark Brewster, and praised him for his abilities.

This was all the fallout from a post made by Avenatti himself on Twitter, where he claimed that he had pulled the plug on his professional relationship with Daniels.

He explained that he could not go into detail regarding the reasons for the termination, although many people were curious to find out more about what had transpired.

Daniels has so far given various hints indicating that this was all a matter of misunderstanding between her and Avenatti and that the two were not on the same page throughout their whole legal relationship.

When it comes to President Donald Trump, here is what she had to say: "I’ve slept with a lot of famous people and if I was going to leak a story myself it would be one of the hot ones. Not that one. I would have gone with a much better choice."

Of course, it is possible that there’s more behind the scenes that observers are not hearing, but at this point, it would hardly change the context of the story at all in the eyes of many.

Do you think Daniels is right or wrong when she says she was going to fire her former lawyer?
